1. Overview

This website is operated by OurStory Studio ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Personalized products

Our posters are printed on demand using the photo, names and text that you provide. You are responsible for checking the live preview, spelling, dates, photo choice and cropping before you pay. Once you complete your purchase, the design you approved is what we print. Slight differences in color between a screen and a printed poster are normal.

4. Your photos and content

  • You confirm that you own the rights to the photos and text you upload, or that you have permission from the owner (and from any person shown in the photo) to use them for this purpose.
  • You grant us, and the print partners that produce your order, a limited, non-exclusive license to use your content only to produce, package and deliver your order.
  • We do not sell your content, and we do not use it in advertising or on social media without your clear permission.
  • We may refuse or cancel (with a full refund) any order that contains content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, explicit or harassing, or that uses third-party rights without permission, such as unlicensed stock photos, celebrity images, or brand logos.
  • You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims arising from the content you upload.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars and may change at any time before you place an order. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and other payment providers shown at checkout. We do not store your full card details. We may cancel and refund an order if there is a pricing error or a suspected fraudulent payment.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Because every poster is made to order, please read our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms. They explain production time, delivery estimates, and when we will reprint or refund an order.

7. Accuracy of information

We try to keep product descriptions, images and delivery estimates accurate, but we do not warrant that they are complete or error-free. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

8. Intellectual property

The OurStory Studio name, logo, website design and the LoveFlix poster layout are our property and may not be copied or used without written permission. LoveFlix is an original, independent design inspired by the streaming era and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any streaming service.

9. Prohibited uses

You may not use our site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe the rights of others, to upload malware, to attempt unauthorized access, or to interfere with the operation of the website.

10. Third-party services and links

Our site may link to or rely on third-party services, such as payment processors and print and fulfillment partners. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Our site and products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, OurStory Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

12. Privacy

Your personal information, including the photos you upload, is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Photos are used only to produce and deliver your order.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
