Shipping policy

Every LoveFlix poster is printed on demand just for you, so it is not an item sitting in a warehouse. Here is what to expect after you place your order.

Production time

2 to 5 business days. This is the time needed to print your personalized poster.

Shipping time (United States)

• Standard shipping: typically 2 to 5 business days after production
• Economy shipping, when offered at checkout: typically 4 to 8 business days after production

International orders, where available, usually take 10 to 30 business days after production. Customs fees, duties or taxes charged by your country are the buyer's responsibility.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves production, so you can follow your poster all the way to your door.

Check your address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot change an address once production has started.

Delays and lost packages

Carrier delays can happen once a package has shipped and are outside our control, but we will gladly help you follow up. If your tracking says delivered and you have not received your poster, contact us within 14 days so we can investigate with the carrier.
