You choose the photo, the names, and the love story line. These parts of the LoveFlix design are fixed and can't be changed:

• The "LoveFlix" logo (top left)
• The menu bar at the top ("Home", "Series", "My List" and the search icon)
• The "TOP 3 IN LOVE STORIES" label
• "98% Match"
• The year "2026"
• The genres "Romance • Drama • Comedy"
• The "Play" and "More Info" buttons

• Names: up to 24 characters, like Emma & Luke
• Love story: one short line, up to 70 characters, like Two hearts, one story that started at first sight and never stopped.

Each poster uses one photo, so pick your favorite of the two of you. For the best result, choose one that is:

• Vertical (portrait orientation)
• Clear and well lit, with both of your faces easy to see
• High resolution: the original file from your phone camera, not a screenshot or a compressed copy saved from social media

You can still use it. Your photo is fit inside the poster with no stretching, and any empty space at the sides or top is filled with the poster's dark background.

Check the live preview to see how yours looks. For the fullest fit, choose a vertical photo.

Please upload only photos you own or have permission to use, including permission from everyone in them. We can't print celebrity images, brand logos, unlicensed stock photos, or explicit, hateful, or unlawful content.

Orders with this kind of content may be canceled with a full refund.

Every poster is 12 x 18 in (30 x 46 cm), portrait. It's the only size we offer right now.

Your poster comes without a frame. If you'd like to frame it, look for a 12 x 18 in frame.

Your poster is printed at high resolution (300 DPI) on premium matte paper with rich, long-lasting inks.

For the sharpest result, upload the original, high-resolution photo file from your phone camera.

Small color differences between a screen and a printed poster are normal, since every screen shows color a little differently.

The LoveFlix personalized couple poster is $44.99 USD. Standard US shipping for one poster is currently $6.99, and you'll see the exact cost at checkout.

Yes! For our launch, save 10% when you order 2 or more LoveFlix posters. The discount is applied automatically at checkout, no code needed.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We don't accept PayPal at this time. All prices are in US dollars.

Each poster is made to order by our print partner:

• Production: 2 to 5 business days
• Standard shipping (US): typically 2 to 5 business days after production
• Economy (when offered at checkout): typically 4 to 8 business days after production

With standard shipping, that's about 6 to 14 days from order to delivery. The product page also shows a delivery estimate. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

We can't promise a specific delivery date, but you can plan ahead. Order as early as you can and check the delivery estimate on the product page before you buy.

Leaving a little extra time is the safest way to plan for an anniversary, birthday, or holiday.

Standard shipping within the US is currently $6.99 for one poster. More posters can cost more to ship.

For now, we ship within the United States only. International shipping isn't available at this time.

Yes. At checkout, enter your partner's name and address as the shipping address. It doesn't have to match your billing address.

Please double-check it before you pay, because the address can't be changed once production has started. If you spot a mistake, email us right away at harrypiorree@gmail.com with your order number.

Want to add your own card or wrapping? Ship it to yourself first, then give it in person.

Yes. We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order leaves production, so you can follow the delivery.

Because each poster is custom made just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, the size, or personalization details you approved.

Damage, printing errors, and defects are covered. See the next question.

We'll send you a reprint or a 100% refund if your poster:

• Arrives damaged in shipping
• Has a printing error, so it doesn't match your approved design
• Has a manufacturing defect

Email us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the poster and the packaging. We aim to reply within 2 business days. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

If tracking shows delivered, first check around your door, your mailbox, and with neighbors.

Still missing? Email us at harrypiorree@gmail.com within 14 days and we'll look into it with the carrier. Carrier delays after shipping are outside our control. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, they can take 5 to 10 business days to show up.

Your photo and text are used only to make your poster. We never sell them, and we never use them in ads or on social media without your clear permission.
